Investments in human capital as a factor of increasing the efficiency of innovation in the banking sector of the Russian Federation

In article the essence and development of the human capital is investigated, the human capital in the bank sphere to the Russian Federation, efficiency of introduction of the human capital in modern economy of Russia is studied. The current provision of investments into the human capital in the bank sphere and need of attraction of investments into the human capital as a factor of increase in efficiency is analyzed.
