Modern aspects of targeted personnel training

The article discusses the issues of targeted training in accordance with the current situation on the labor market and in the light of the updating of legislation in the field under consideration. The strategic purpose of targeted personnel training is determined by the desire to smooth out labor market imbalances and increase the demand for personnel and their professionalism. In this regard, theoretical and empirical assessments of the effectiveness of targeted workforce training programs are provided. New employment trends are also presented, which are becoming more and more intense in modern conditions. The distributions of personnel training in different specialties, as well as in different forms of vocational training with an assessment of the unemployment rate of graduates are presented. The samples are considered according to the criteria of the level of professional training, gender and place of residence (city / village), differentiated distinctive features of the identified trends are given.
