This article is devoted to the consideration of relatively new concepts in the development of the theoretical basis of views on the economic nature of the firm. Nowadays there is a significant number of both basic and specific concepts that require in-depth study. In addition, emerging new theories bring to the topic more and more new questions that call for a review and improvement of views on the firm as a subject of economic relations.
