In the article the overview of strategical trends of oil and gas companies is given. The importance of international standards for quality management systems in achievement of strategical branch goals is investigated. It is noted the advantages of standards requirements implementation in management systems of oil and gas companies with samples. Also the attention is stressed on the changes in quality management systems requirements.
