The article analyzes the main factors of the modern economy of Russia, which may have an impact on the lending to small businesses and their financial condition. The authors ascertain interrelation and interdependence of the factors (financial, non-financial and general economic) affecting the development of bank lending to small business. The paper defines conditions, the implementation of which will eliminate or reduce the impact of the identified factors that have an effect on the financial state of small enterprises.
