Modern geopolitical conflicts

On the basis of geopolitical methodology, the article analyzes the current international conflicts involving Russia (Ukraine, Libya, Syria, Crimea). The author concludes that in the period of political instability, that is typical for the international political system of the XXI century, the laws of geopolitics are still relevant and can be applied in the formation of Russia's foreign policy course.
