Complex nature of modern technologies and organizational decisions in corporations requires adequate conceptual methods of planning. The authors suggest the model of innovative operative programme, based on methodological principles and offer a systematic set of goals that would optimize the use of resources including investments, technologies, and innovative capacities of the corporation.
