Modern information technologies in the political sphere of the Republic of Crimea

The paper describes the use of modern information technologies in the political sphere of the Republic of Crimea. It is emphasized that the processes of informatization, technization and digitalization significantly modernize political communication, interaction between authorities and citizens. The study analyzes the normative legal acts aimed at the development of modern information technologies in the authorities of the Republic of Crimea, the state program “Information Society” for 2018-2024. The activity of the electronic government system is characterized by the examples of the functioning of the portal “Public Services”, the regional electronic document management system “Dialog”, the activities of organizations responsible for the introduction of modern information technologies in the political sphere. The quantitative data of the study on the information preferences of Crimean Internet users are presented. The problems of the development of modern information technologies in the authorities of the Republic of Crimea are indicated.
