Modern innovative technologies in the field of physical culture and sports

This article discusses topical issues of the use of innovative technologies in the field of physical culture and sports, as well as their importance for human health. The analysis of the conditions preventing the subject to engage in physical training is carried out. In the course of the study, some areas have been identified in which the introduction of innovative technologies will have greater efficiency and effectiveness. Some comprehensive innovation programs used in Russia in the process of conducting sports events and physical training are highlighted. The practical significance of the scientific article is reflected in the possibility of informing students and trainers about the existing sports hardware and software complexes in the country, the analysis of their functionality. Due to the consideration of this issue, it is possible to modernize the existing trainings taking into account the scientific approaches presented in the study, used in the development of individual and group methods and training.
