The modern tools of ethno-political conflict management

Russia is a multinational country in which, despite an active national policy, a high level of interethnic intolerance is still observed, as well as a periodic flare-up of ethnopolitical conflicts. In the process of digitalization, the regulation of such voltage situations and their management acquire special importance. Ethno-political conflicts make it possible to identify shortcomings in the field of legal regulation, problems in the economic and social spheres, as well as to determine the determinants of gaps in the field of national security. The aim of the article is to analyze the instruments of state regulation of ethnopolitical conflicts in the process of the sixth technological paradigm. The author identifies the main relevant tools at the present time, since digital technologies have a direct impact on all spheres of society, and also provides recommendations for improving these technologies.
