A customer-oriented approach gives organizations the opportunity to create an image and customer loyalty. However, time and technology are moving forward and organizations have to change their usual methods of working with clients to more modern ones. Internet technologies in the digital economy are becoming the main component of the marketing activities of any organization. Thanks to them, it is possible to significantly increase consumer awareness of the products and services offered. The development of the digital economy in the last few years has changed people’s lives and prompted organizations to switch to a new system of functioning and doing business. The article provides recommendations on the use of Internet technologies in order to promote sports complex services, which include targeted advertising on social networks, promotion through bloggers, improvement of the official website, advertising in Yandex, SEO optimization, online mailing lists in WhatsApp, etc.
