Recent changes in the civil legislation in the context of the legal reform in the Russian Federation

The article considers the main tendencies of the recent and scheduled changes in the civil legislation of the Russian Federation in the context of the adopted Conception of the civil legislation development and the legal reform in general. The author reviews the theoretical approaches to the definition of legal reform notion.
