Modern techniques of historical knowledge in the state national and religious policies (on materials of the Saratov Volga region)

The article is related to the ethnic and religious policies of the state, especially to its regional security. Modern historical stage was marked by a crisis of ideas and concepts. On the result of scientific analysis the authors have got authentic slice of effective national and state religious policy associated with the formation of a multi-ethnic composition of the population, especially its structural changes; and identified the causes of migration of ethnic processes. This allows observing the qualitative growth of ethnic consciousness for a particular region, embedded in the public policy of partial acculturation and mixing of ethnic groups.
