Modern methods of the personnel training for small business in Ukraine

The article deals with specifics of the business education in terms of training, retraining and advanced training in the context of the human resources policy formation in Ukraine. The authors emphasize the need for the state human resources policy development for meeting the demands of the small business enhancement. It is substantiated, that in the modern economic system this is a key factor of the society development.
