This paper reviews the problems of the functioning of modern systems of personnel training through the prism of new technologies and human attitudes of consciousness. Through the analysis of some modern methods of intracorporate training, a list of directions has been drawn up, for which modern learning systems should be oriented to obtain a positive result.
