The main objective of this study is to evaluate modern minimally invasive methods of treatment of strabismus in children and adolescents in outpatient settings. The methodology includes analysis of combined therapeutic approaches such as synergistic use of prismatic glasses and orthoptic exercises, integration of botulinum toxin therapy with hardware methods of correction, and individualization of treatment depending on the degree and type of strabismus. The study also looks at comprehensive rehabilitation programs that include physical therapy and psychological support. The main results show that these comprehensive methods significantly improve ocular alignment and binocular vision, reduce recurrence rates, and increase patient satisfaction. The study highlights the importance of personalized treatment plans and interdisciplinary collaboration for effective treatment of strabismus, providing a foundation for future advances in pediatric ophthalmology.
