Problems of product quality in modern economic conditions are becoming more and more urgent. At this stage of economic development, quality issues for the consumer become major, often dominating price issues. The buyer prefers to buy the best quality even at a considerable price, preferring to overpay, but to buy the best quality product. One of the main components of increasing the efficiency of production is improvement of the quality of the produced product. The increase in the quality of the products produced is currently assessed as one of the components of its competitiveness in both domestic and foreign markets. The increase in the industrial level and quality of the product solves the pace of scientific and technological progress and the growth of performance in general, affects significantly the growth of the economy, the ability to compete domestic goods and the living standards of the population of the country. In order for products to be competitive, there is a need for continuous, focused, labour-intensive quality improvement work of the enterprise, systematically carried out quality control, it can be said that any organization that wants to strengthen its position in competition and increase its profits must pay great attention to the quality management process.
