Modern methods of monitoring the lands of rural settlements of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of modern methods of monitoring the lands of rural settlements. The article reveals the content and advantages of using remote methods of land monitoring. The issues of monitoring with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles and the production of satellite imagery, and processing of the data obtained using GIS servers are considered. The availability of timely, up-to-date information on land resources provides the basis for effective and sustainable land use management with a prerequisite for collecting more extensive knowledge and experience on a global scale.
