Problem balanced state budget of the Russian Federation

Mortgage loans are one of the most promising areas of activity of Russian banks. Domestic banks seek to develop their own credit models and banking products that can work in difficult economic conditions, studying the rich historical experience of Russia and the practice of other countries. This article discusses modern models of mortgage lending in Russia and abroad and confirms the validity of their use in the Russian context.
