Contemporary revisions of the social contract idea

The idea of social contract is a key conception of the political philosophy. Arisen in Renaissance epoch, it have explained many sides of the origin of a state and political power. In the 21 st century it is still relevant, but at the same time it has changed sufficiently evolving into a concept of a Pact.
