Modern directions of personnel training in the field of tourism

The article analyzes the main problems associated with the training of personnel in the field of tourism and hospitality in the Russian Federation in modern conditions. The main indicators on the number of employees of the tourism industry for the period 2017-2022 are presented. Particular attention is paid to improving the system of training professional personnel for tourism and hospitality organizations, considering external challenges and internal structural changes in this area. Based on the analysis of the presented information, priority measures have been developed to intensify activities in the field of training qualified personnel for the tourism sector in the Russian Federation.
