Modern directions of improvement labor organizations

This article is devoted to the problems of improving the organization of labor in the enterprise. The aim of the study was to analyze the problems faced by enterprise managers who are solving the problem of increasing the labor productivity of workers through the proper organization of labor, primarily its elements such as labor rationing, the creation of optimal working conditions, and the formation of the personnel of the enterprise and its development.
