The article is devoted to modern problems of public administration in the sphere of forming a healthy lifestyle among young people. Problems of health and healthy lifestyle have long attracted the attention of sociologists, psychologists, philosophers, and economists. Considerable analytical material has been accumulated on the subject under study. At the same time, the issues of forming socially healthy behavior of young Russians, the peculiarities of determining this phenomenon, and ways to optimize state policy in the field of healthy lifestyle formation in modern Russia are poorly studied.
