The modern atypical forms of state rule

The article deals with the atypical forms of state rule as features of the modern society. It is emphasized, that understanding of the form of state rule is impossible without definition of basic categories, which include the form of government. It is concluded that historical types of government forms is currently under reformation. The author notes that during the 20th century on the political map of the world there appeared the forms of state rule that can't be classified according to the classical definition of monarchies and republics.
