The current features of the budget process in the Russian Federation

The annual work of the Government of the Russian Federation is aimed at the making of a wide range of amendments to the existing budget legislation. This article will be considered one of the directions of this law, namely the regulation and practical implementation of the budgetary process. During this work were discussed the particular compiling, approval and execution of budgets identified participants of the budget process and defines the specific authority of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the information obtained has allowed to reveal the specifics of the implementation of the budget process and its main existing problems. Since the annual budget legislation occur significant adjustments, fiscal policy needs constant monitoring and analysis of its response to external changes and the relationship with the existing society. This work represents the actual adaptation of information laws in 2015 under the difficult economic period.
