Modern features of the legislative regulation of debt obligations on the part of legal entities

The article examines the modern significance of the civil law regime in the regulation of debt obligations on the part of legal entities. Special attention is paid to the existing law enforcement problems and legislative gaps in the field under study due to the active integration nature of the processes of digitalization of public relations. The purpose of the work is to investigate the current trends in the development of legislation in the field of regulation of debt obligations on the part of legal entities. The results of the work are: 1) the establishment and argumentation of the most relevant and widespread form of legal regulation of the sphere of debt obligations on the part of legal entities, where the contract is the main source of law; 2) the classification of the division of contracts formulated by the author of the work, according to the purpose of fulfilling debt obligations, according to external conditions, according to purpose; 3) the establishment of interdisciplinary regulatory features debt obligations in the context of active digitalization of public relations arising in the digital environment. The author comes to the conclusion that further scientific study and research of private law relations in the field of debt regulation by legal entities through the use of a contract in a digital environment is a promising civil law scientific direction having a pronounced complex interdisciplinary character with many unexplored law enforcement problems. The solution of the identified scientific and law enforcement problems will allow the state to improve the contractual institution in the field of debt obligations, as well as to develop the legal system in the Russian Federation, taking into account the peculiarities of technological development and the emergence of digital technologies.
