Infertility is a disease characterized by the inability to achieve clinical pregnancy within 12 months of regular sexual life without contraception due to a violation of the subject's ability to reproduce, either individually or jointly with his/her partner. Infertility interventions can be initiated earlier than 1 year, based on medical, sexual and reproductive history, age, physical examination and diagnostic tests. In this regard, the doctor in each case should use the most informative research methods that allow to answer the question about the cause of infertility in the shortest possible period. A quick, clear and correct determination of the cause of a couple's infertility is the main stage determining the further success of infertility treatment. This article will discuss the diagnosis and effective treatment of female infertility by modern methods
