Modern approaches to innovative business models: from technological solutions to sustainable competitiveness and business viability

The article examines modern approaches to the formation of innovative business models that ensure the viability of companies in the context of global economic instability and digital transformation. The authors analyze the limitations of traditional business process approaches and substantiate the need for hybrid solutions that combine elements of technological innovation with a deep transformation of business processes. Particular attention is paid to two key strategies: business innovation (targeted solutions for specific tasks) and scientific and technical intelligence (adaptation of successful global technological practices). The article proposes a methodology for an advanced innovation process, including the stages of identification, integration and commercialization of technologies, and also emphasizes the importance of a balance between technological sovereignty and the practical implementation of innovations.
