Modern approaches to effective motivation of personnel

The article considers modern approaches to staff motivation taking into account new socio-economic realities. The main directions of motivational influences on personnel, their application in modern organizations are analyzed. Especially attention is paid to the fact that a successful leader should use all available at his disposal motivational levers.
