Modern approaches to the assessment of public procurement management

The article is devoted to the assessment of methods and techniques of the organization and conduct of public procurement by various statutory methods, the results of the study of the current state of the public procurement system in terms of reducing the transparency of the procurement market. The need to study public procurement in modern conditions is caused by a change in approaches to public procurement institutions, the strategy of their effective development as a tool for reforming the economy of the country. The author reveals the role and importance of public procurement in solving the problems of allocation of budgetary resources at the state and municipal levels, increasing the information content of customers in the field of procurement for the selection of suppliers, contractors, performers, in order to improve the efficiency of the conclusion and execution of contracts at a higher quality level. The results of a comparative analysis of the state of procurement in the dynamics and the current period, the quantitative and cost expression of procurement volumes, identified the reasons for the reduction of notices placed in the field of procurement, which serve as the basis for the development of areas of improvement of procurement.
