Features of the low mass isotopic mass spectrometry discussed. It`s main applications and problems are considered. Some ways to overcome is stating, particularly nondiscriminational ion source application. Comparative analysis of commercial isotopic mass spectrometers carried out. The approach to low mass isotopic mass spectrometers construction on the base of permanent magnet suggested.
