Modern approaches to solving the issue of employment as a factor in an effective model of training teachers (on the example of KBSU)

This paper presents the results of an automated online survey of employers and young teachers-graduates of the direction of training Pedagogical education in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. The aim of the survey was to study satisfaction with the quality of education received. It was revealed that the majority of respondents-graduates indicated that the competencies formed during the development of the educational program in the direction of training Pedagogical education correspond to their professional activities at the present time.
