Modern approaches to comparing the economic efficiency of buying and using domestic and foreign pesticides

The article discusses approaches to comparing the economic efficiency of purchasing and using domestic and foreign pesticides, presents the relevance of the study, which lies in the economic efficiency of purchasing domestic products, the technological development of domestic production technologies, which has a positive effect on ensuring food security. The need to maintain a balance between effectiveness and safety when using pesticides is noted. A number of methods are presented to compare the economic efficiency of using various pesticides. The experience of foreign countries in this matter is considered. The priority directions of the strategy for scientific and economic development of the Russian Federation are presented, one of which is the creation of high-tech samples of pesticides.
