The article analyzes the methods of key performance indicators of small business, which will help to monitor them according to various aspects of activities in order to avoid the risks. The authors study the modern economic methods of analysis of such a kind. The paper presents the indicators of financial condition of small businesses in accordance with the interests of the major consumer groups (managers, business owners, creditors and government agencies).
