The article analyzes current political processes as a combination of various temporal and spatial, qualitative and quantitative changes in political systems caused by internal and external influences. We have noted the growing role of rumorology in political discourse, which increases the risk of aggression in foreign policy dialogue. It is substantiated the stagnating nature of the destructive qualities of actors in contemporary political interaction. Individual emotional and psychological traits of agents of influence and their situational behavior exercise significant influence on political behavior due to the short-term plans in the political sphere, as well as the irrational rationality instilled by postmodernity, which have led to the bias of political behavior by external agents of influence (sanctions, motivators, and stimulators of political choice). Among the typical characteristics of political behavior, we have distinguished polar manifestations: from a proactive, hyperbolic position, destruction of the political agenda to the “psychological fatigue”, and “absenteeism”, which necessitates a socio-philosophical analysis for a comprehensive understanding and searching for solutions to stabilize political processes.
