The future specialist is faced with a series of fairly complex objective contradictions between the ratio of personal capabilities and of course real professional suitability, the ratio of professional significance and maturity of educational needs, expectations, requests, the adequacy of the existing and necessary experience of combining co-management and management, self-management of the process of learning a profession, ambiguity of interrelation and the mutual transition of the process and the result of the attainment of professional competence and a step of its practical use application.
