Modern submissions about affective factors of formation of urgent cardiological conditions

The review of the modern literature on a role of affective factors in formations of urgent cardiological conditions (an acute coronary syndrome, hypertensive crises, rhythm pace disturbance) is established. Pathogenetic mechanisms, the general for all infringements (dysfunction of hypothalamo-hypophysis and sympathetic systems), and specific mechanisms of separate urgent conditions (stress-induced a vasoconstriction, dislipidemia, changes of baroreceptor reflex, electrolytic disturbances of a myocardium and rising of its sensitivity to catecholamins) are investigated. It is shown a complementary character of mutual relations of mental disturbances and somatic changes at a cardiologic pathology.
