Modern challenges of personnel adaptation in organization

The article presents modern challenges of personnel adaptation. The approaches to understanding of personnel adaptation are theoretically generalised in the article, the role of the leader in this context is updated. The article examines the types of personnel adaptation as well as the main reason for disadaptation. Adaptation is considered as a necessary condition for the successful development of personnel and organization.
