Contemporary problems of management in the sphere of higher education

In this article modern management problems are considered in the context of the implementation of basic management functions: planning, organization, motivation, control and coordination. In addition, there were given recommendations for solving problems and were considered opportunities for minimizing the impact of external factors on the functioning of higher education.
