Modern problems of personnel motivation in Russian companies

This paper contains an analysis of the types of personnel motivation used in Russia and abroad and the rationale for the need of introduction of incentive systems in modern companies. As a result of the research, a list of problems and methods for their solution or prevention with a scientific emphasis on intangible methods of personnel motivation was compiled.
