Modern problems of reforming of natural monopolies

The article is devoted to the analysis of the trends of reforming of natural monopolies in the Russian economy. The key problems arising in the process of reforming, as well as the nature of their impact on consumers are identified. The author concludes that the reforming of natural monopolies requires the serious preliminary studying of its possible consequences for the national economy.
