Modern problems of UV-B-radiation in ecophysiology and plant growing

The modern problems of ecological physiology of plants and plant growing were discussed which appear as result of the negative influence on crops by UV-radiation of high intensity. On the basis of sum of long-term own investigation and literature data, taking into consideration the predictable global changes of climate and the condition of the Earth ozone layer the authors consider the possibility of the increase of plant resistance to the action of UV-B-radiation, drought and high temperature on ecologic-physiological, selectional and technological levels.
