Modern problems of criminal law: minimum age of criminal responsibility

This article deals with the problem of criminal law, namely the issue of the minimum age of criminal responsibility; the position of legislative regulatory documents was analyzed in order to reveal the problems in the area under study. Based on our analysis and integration of practice on this issue, recommendations were developed to improve the system for bringing minors to criminal responsibility.
