Modern problems of land and property complex municipalities

The author has analyzed the share of property income in the total income of local municipal budgets of Siberia and the Far East. The causes of low share of these revenues in Russia in comparison with other countries. It is concluded that measures to strengthen the asset base of the municipalities, recently adopted at the federal level are not sufficient. The set of developed at the Association of Siberian and Far Eastern cities of legislative measures for increasing the share of property income in local budgets.
