Actual Russian-Ukrainian relations: positions by foreign social democratic parties

Nowadays attention of the international community has been drawn to the situation in Ukraine. The political crisis once expanded there started since May 2014 to steadily acquire features of a civil war. Foreign political figures thereat expressed opinions that ambiguously imply the part taken by Russia in de-escalating the crisis fomented round Ukraine. Bringing to light positions of social democratic parties taking active part in political life of various countries with regard to the situation in Ukraine shall demonstrate alternate approaches and proposals to get out of it.
