The modern system of sports training in the Russian Federation

Currently, in the Russian Federation, the training of sports reserve is carried out by 5171 sports organizations. The total number of employees in the sports reserve training system is more than 3.5 million people. The object of the study in this article is the system of sports training in Russia. At the present stage the full training of sports reserve for sports national teams of the involved school of the Olympic reserve, youth, as well as DSP and ECM. For modern systems of sports training, the task is to create new approaches to assessing not only the results of work, but also the level of professional skill of coaches, based on the sports result of the athlete and the assessment of their health.
