Modern technologies for processing chicken manure

We made an analysis of chicken manure processing technologies offered by various companies and considered possibility of their use in Russia. Performance of these tehnologies and the resulting materials varied. All the presented technologies were combined according to the type of impact on the material. The technologies were grouped as follows: technologies for processing bird manure for compost using aerobic fermentation; technologies for processing bird manure for compost production by accelerated composting; technologies for processing bird manure to obtain granular organic fertilizer by thermal method; technologies for processing bird manure for the production of thermal and electrical energy; technology for processing bird manure to reduce humidity by mechanical means. The presented technologies had a number of disadvantages that resulted in low capacity, overestimated cost of a production line, the output of by-products, as well as insufficient dehydration of bird manure, which requires additional investments to improve the line. It was proposed that scientists of South Ural State Agrarian University could implement the developed production line, which would allow obtaining a compound organomineral fertilizer at the lowest energy costs.
