Modern technologies in increase in effective management of fixed assets of the enterprise

In article the main problems of management of fixed assets taking into account specifics of the Russian business are analyzed. The basic categorial device on this perspective and the existing structural elements of a control system of fixed assets is considered. In the course of the research the relevance of further optimizing actions for this sphere according to new trends of dynamically developing digital model of economy is proved. The attention to need of automation of a control system of fixed assets which needs, as a rule, continuous updating is focused. In this context the assessment of the modern automated programs for management of costs of repair of the fixed assets used in the international and domestic practice is carried out. In the conclusion conclusions about the main advantages of information technologies and need of a complete solution of this problem which will allow to provide sustainable development of the enterprise are drawn.
