The study presents analysis of dynamic electroneurostimulation (DENS), that is further step for PENS (percutaneous electroneurostimulation) and electropuncture. It was established that the main characteristics differ it from the other types of the dynamic electric impulse methods are pulse shape and frequency which are the closest to the nerve cells of the human body; brevity and wide range of the amplitude in dynamically changing pulses makes it possible to effectively influence on the various types of nerve fibers, including the fibers of high excitation threshold, much better than other methods of treatment; usability and monitoring of the skin impedance provided the certain skills allows one to determine an individual scheme of treatment.
