Modern trends of recruitment and training teams in aesthetic gymnastics

One of the main components of long-term training of athletes is sports selection. At the same time, the result of the training process depends directly on its quality performance. In the course of the pedagogical experiment, based on the questioning of the leading trainers in aesthetic gymnastics, the specifics of modern trends in the acquisition and training of teams were determined.
